God couldn't be everywhere so he made a mother. Moms do all the work from cooking to cleaning and maintaining the house, maintaining the budget of the house, and no matter what problems they are going through they always laugh with us and encourage us in our good or bad days.

There is no way to say Thanks to mom..and there is nothing to repay for her sacrifice towards her family, this day is just an opportunity to make her know that we remember all the sacrifice that she made while raising us ...

Mothers day is the day when you appreciate her work for the family...

and yes.... you can say Thank you by giving some flowers, Gifts, or a Cake... you can send gift cards if your mother far away from you.....And for one day you handle all the work of home from cooking to cleaning and ask her to take rest for the whole day...

that's how at least we can do for her ... Right ???

"Some People stay in your life for a reason, and some sort of a season and few remain with us for a lifetime."

This line has really stuck with me and helped me understand so much. For most of my life, I wandered around wondering why friends I thought would be friends for life were no longer there for me. The fact is there are many different levels of friendships and relationships and if people were more accepting this fact they would ultimately be much happier.

If people would be more honest with one another and more clearly define what their relationship was it would save a lot of misunderstanding.

All the people that come into your life just are not going to be friends for your whole life and that is OK. Those kinds of friendships are rare. If you have one person in your life that is friends with you for life you are truly blessed.

The question always comes in my mind is.. Why is it that every opposite-sex relationship thinks they have to be boyfriend/girlfriend? why not friends. what's your opinion..??

• THE SOCIAL FRIEND: This is often the type of friend that the majority of people have most of. This kind of friend is not someone whom you hang out with all the time or live with but you know them and associate with them at a bar, store, or some other public place. They are not good at sharing a problem with.

• ADVISER: This is a friend you go to when you need advice or just someone to listen to. You value their wisdom or at least the fact that they are good listeners.

• FUN BOY/GIRL: This type of friend can usually be counted on to travel somewhere with you at a moment's notice. They like hanging out with you whether it is going to the store or a bar or whatever. friends for passing a good time with nothing more than that.

• WORKAHOLIC: This is often the buddies that you simply have at work. a friend who is busy in his household works sometimes it be difficult to interact with him.. and sometime he will be away from the group.. this doesn't mean the end... if there is a good understanding between them.. friendship goes on

• LIFETIME FRIEND: This friendship is extremely rare and some say that in marriage relationships they stick together for all times and as a friend, they will be together enjoying life. This friend is all the above all rolled up in one. And some disagree with this point... So what do you think???

May Day or International workers day, Labours Day... May 1st on this day, the workers, labours all around the world celebrates it as an annual holiday. This day is the result of the massive labour union movement this day celebrates social and economic achievements of workers.

In Europe this day has much older significance, this is celebrated as rural festival, because the labours movement and demands of labours were approved with respect, and yes they deserved grand celebration. Some other countries celebrates this day conducting parades,patriotic and labour oriented events.

Many other countries started following this and dedicated this day to the labours.

We require a man power to build this Nation, without workers there would no factories, constructions, and even no developments of countries , many of the companies started taking advantages of workers asking them to work more than 8 hours a day without any rest, some tortured them with more work and payment to these people were not fixed. 

The person who secured the rights of labours in India was "Father of Modern India" Dr.B.R.Ambedkar with out him today the workers have to go through the same darkness.

He made Reduction in Factory working Hours from 14 hours to 8 hours became a light for workers in India. and appealed it in 7th session of Indian Labour conference in New Delhi on Nov27 1942

His Ideas and Decisions framed many laws for Labours in India.

All workers should be grateful to Dr. Ambedkar, especially women employees for making...

So these acts made them to make their life and family secure with their work. 

As Civil engineer I truly understand how important is the man power in construction Site, you cant do anything with your workers.. so it is must that you should respect your workers, should make a payment on time, and should provide all the things which they deserve legally and as also as a human being.

VODKA...Yes...When it comes to vodka, the Russians have a saying - "warm on the inside, cold on the outside". Winters are cold. Certain parts of the country will stay well below zero for the whole winter. 

In these areas, vodka acts somewhat like antifreeze during a car. It actually seems to keep you warm, but it might be a perception. I only know it seemed to help me. Vodka drinking is completed during a particular way in Russia. The preferred method is to drink it as a shot. In the big cities, you can get it mixed with other things, but this is pretty rare. Everything is a shot and each is usually accompanied by a toast of some sort. Toasts to family, love and ladies are common, even at the foremost informal of dinners. You need to get to the point where a couple of shots bring a smile, 

If you want to spend your holiday in a beautiful place, spending all your time viewing the different scenes of nature you should be visiting Russia. The forts, museums and therefore the park will certainly make your holiday to Russia a memorable one...
