Beautiful Russia..

April 29, 2020 0
Russia,  a country with vast diversities providing a fascinating experience for the tourists. You can explore the imperial Moscow to St. Petersburg and understand truth culture prevailing Russia.

The ancient cities of Russia namely Moscow, St. Petersburg are widely popular round the world and attracting more and more tourists per annum. The history and therefore the ancient culture of Russia have encouraged many travel enthusiasts to spend their holiday in Russia. You will find Russia as an amusement for the whole family. There are many sights in Russia that demand the tourists to go to . Russia may be a beautiful place that gives everything for everyone .

The hermitage stands as evidence for the western European art taking about the tsars who ruled Russia for quite one and a half centuries. The magnificent construction has five buildings linked together to make the hermitage collections. The places which i have visited and experienced the art and architecture designs to the each and every corners of the building were,

WINTER PALACE : You must plan ahead properly to go to these buildings on the river side that contain 1500 rooms and 117 staircases 1886 doors and 1945 windows. The churches depict the exact Russian architecture. The marvelous decorations on the walls stand as a masterpiece of the wooden architecture.

PETERHOF PALACE: another extraordinary structure with fountains that attract you the most and the statues cant make to take off your eyes from them The expanse of the Lower Gardens is meant within the formal sort of French formal gardens of the 17th century. Although many trees are overgrown, within the recent years the formal clipping along the various allees has resumed so as to revive the first appearance of the garden.
The fountains here shows an unusual view of creativity.
One of the foremost notable designs is entitled 'The Sun'. A disk radiating water jets from its edge creates a picture of the sun's rays, and therefore the whole structure rotates a few vertical axis in order that the direction during which the "sun" faces is consistently changing.
PETERHOF PALACE
RIVERS AND CANALS OF ST PETERSBURG BY BOAT :There is a wide range of different offers available at the various quays on or near Nevsky Prospekt, with larger boats offering guided tours (some in English) and on-board refreshments, and smaller boats that you simply can rent by the hour, choose your own route, and convey your own food and drink. All routes through the centre absorb some portion of the Fontanka and Moyka Rivers and therefore the Griboedov and Kryukov Canals. Some also head out onto the River Neva, while around midnight most of the boats within the city offer the prospect to observe the opening of the Neva's bascule bridges from the water. Whatever route you finish up taking, a ship trip may be a fantastic thanks to see St. Petersburg from a special angle, and maybe the simplest possible means of getting an impact of the sheer scope of the city's architectural beauty and romance.

ST.ISAAC'S CATHEDRAL : A huge gallery with monolithic columns, it took 40 years to complete Different types of semiprecious stone from all over Russia form the interior walls and columns, while an abundance of original art and sculpture goes only a touch thanks to filling the vast hall of the cathedral, designed to accommodate 14 000 standing worshipers. As well as visiting the Cathedral interiors, travelers can purchase an additional ticket to climb the 300 steps up to the colonnade. From here, you'll enjoy a number of the simplest views of St. Petersburg.

VIEW OF CATHEDRAL FROM ST ISAAC'S CATHEDRAL

OPENING BRIDGES OF NEVA :The Neva River connects Lake Ladoga to the Baltic Sea, and during the summer navigation season tens of cargo ships per day follow this important route,
This is done after midnight, and through the White Nights especially it's long been a practice for crowds to collect along the embankments to observe the raising of the bridges. The raised arches of Palace Bridge bring one among St. Petersburg's most famous views, but its the maximum amount the atmosphere of lazy revelry and contentment inspired by the eternal twilight that creates this such an unmissable St. Petersburg experience.
I have witnessed this seen when i visited this place it was an amazing view and most visited place Kremlin in Moscow stands as evidence of the varied political powers in Russia.

....Another thing which i loved the most including with the trip was having

VODKA...Yes...When it comes to vodka, the Russians have a saying - "warm on the inside, cold on the outside". Winters are cold. Certain parts of the country will stay well below zero for the whole winter.
In these areas, vodka acts somewhat like antifreeze during a car. It actually seems to keep you warm, but it might be a perception. I only know it seemed to help me. Vodka drinking is completed during a particular way in Russia. The preferred method is to drink it as a shot. In the big cities, you can get it mixed with other things, but this is pretty rare. Everything is a shot and each is usually accompanied by a toast of some sort. Toasts to family, love and ladies are common, even at the foremost informal of dinners. You need to get to the point where a couple of shots bring a smile,

If you want to spend your holiday in a beautiful place, spending all your time viewing the different scenes of nature you should be visiting Russia. The forts, museums and therefore the park will certainly make your holiday to Russia a memorable one...

GOL GUMBAZ .... Should be in list of World Heritage Site... what say??

April 18, 2020 0
On the occasion of World Heritage Day, I would like to share about the famous monument. which has to be on the list of the world heritage sites,

GOL GUMBAZ

Gol Gumbaz at Vijaypur (Bijapur) Karnataka, the name Gol Gumbaz means ''circular dome"
A monument that is popular all over the world, and it is also recognized as the Second Largest Dome in the World, with a diameter of 44 meters. A balcony around the interior of the dome is a point where more number of tourist are attracted, the gallery which is known as the "whisper gallery"
where any sound produced in the gallery will be echoing back a dizzying number of times. because of the structure with huge space and concave walls.

Vijayapura city which is well known for its historical monuments of architectural importance built during the rule of the Adil Shahi dynasty, there are many historical sites, other than Gol Gumbaz like  Ibrahim Rouza is the most impressive monument and others like Jama Masjid, Bara Kaman, Gagan mahal. Many architectural sites can be found which are less known.

The city is not only known for the Adil Shahi dynasty, but also we can find many temples in the city, the one which is most famous is located in the heart of the city  "SIDDHESHWAR TEMPLE" and there are many more.

The city has good connectivity by Roadways and by Railways, though the city is represented as the city of monuments there are no plans to attract the people from other countries to visit this place, Bijapur is nearby 530km(330mi) from the state capital Bengaluru.

well according to me the air transport facility should be provided in the city as soon as possible by the government this will help the visitors with the ease to get to the city, in same line city will be well developed providing visitors a good service like Hotels, Resorts, etc.

A monument like Gol Gumbaz should be known all around the world, recognizing this monument as a world heritage site will increase the count of tourists visiting this place and get exposure all over the world.

The old city which is surrounded by the fort with watchtowers can be an attraction to the city if we restore them to get a good look for the city and tourists as well as passersby.

I believe in upcoming days our government and local government and respected officials will come up with such plans and try to make the site known to the world and provide the world-class facilities for the people who visit will be explored with cities HISTORY AND CULTURE. and take back good memories
